I support organisations through targeted advisory work or broader workforce culture transformation projects, depending on their needs.

Some organisations engage me for a specific service — such as an organisational capability assessment, leadership training or policy review — while others partner with me to design and implement more comprehensive organisational change.


My work is guided by the SAFE Workplace Capability Model, a structured approach that strengthens organisational systems, leadership capability and workplace culture to ensure responses to domestic, family and sexual violence are safe, practical and sustainable.


S — Systems & Policy

Review and strengthening of organisational policies, HR frameworks and reporting processes to ensure domestic and family violence responses are clear, safe and effective. This may include DFSV leave implementation, reporting pathways and organisational safeguards.


A — Awareness & Leadership Capability

Practical training that equips leaders, managers and employees to recognise, respond and refer when domestic, family and sexual violence impacts the workplace. This builds confidence, consistency and safety in organisational responses.


F — Frameworks & Governance

Organisational capability assessment to understand your organisation’s readiness to respond to domestic and family violence.

This includes reviewing policies, leadership capability, reporting pathways, workforce culture and organisational risks. This delivers clear insights, practical recommendations and an implementation roadmap.


E — Engagement & Culture

Supporting organisations to embed meaningful cultural change through workforce engagement, lived experience insight and structured change management. This ensures solutions are practical, trusted and sustainable across the organisation.
